Angeli R. Fitch, Esq. is a highly skilled criminal defense attorney. She is passionate about working for her clients. Her command of criminal substantive law and criminal procedure is rock solid. She has extensive experience in all levels of criminal law ranging from misdemeanor DUI cases to serious felonies such as murder and white-collar crime. If you, or someone you know, has been charged with a crime in state or federal court, contact us immediately for a free consultation.

In addition to meeting the demands of her busy practice, Angeli is the co-founder of the Three Strikes Justice Center . The Three Strikes Justice Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to alleviate the overcrowding of prisons by fighting for the successful release of inmates under the current Three Strikes law.

Angeli's commitment to making a positive social impact in today's challenging criminal justice system distinguishes her from a number of California criminal defense lawyers. She has been a long time volunteer for the Northern California Innocence Project whose goal is to exonerate innocent prisoners. Angeli was also a board member of the Insight Prison Project whose mission is to "transform the lives of those impacted by incarceration through programs designed to develop behavior inspired by insight, accountability and compassion".
